Additional Information
Kit with one hinge with self-closing device and one hinge without self-closing device with specific covers. Hinges are reversible for flush doors with 135° opening. The door closing can be controlled adjusting the speed of closing and the power of the final kick to oppose gaskets resistance or depression. Additional hinge (without closing device) ensures the correct sash alignment and a great capacity. Additional hinge (without closing device) also available to purchase separately.
Application
The hinge has been tested for a capacity of 100kg (door dimensions: 1200 x 2100mm) – follow the procedure on the capacity diagram for the maximum dimensions of the possible sash. (available on request)
Adjustments
Adjustments of Hinge Part:
1. vertical +2 mm – with a 3mm allen key
2. Pressure +1 mm – with a 3mm allen key
3. Horizontal -1,5/+2,5mm with a 8mm allen key
Adjustments of Closing Device:
4. Speed of final step (in the last 12° of closing) with a 2,5mm allen key
5. Maximum opening corner, with a 2,5mm allen key
6. Closing speed with a 2,5mm allen key
7. Power of closing during rotation with a 12mm allen key
